To celebrate the 300th entry on the Austin Punk blog, I am sharing with you this image from my upcoming book on punk street art and subcultures, to be released July 1 by the Univ of Miss Press. You can pre-order it with a nice discount here. The book contains a chapter on the work of Biscuit, plus several b/w and color images culled from his career as well. In addition, you get to read clips from his own interviews about skateboarding, graffiti, and being gay in punk rock. Other Austin artists include Ric Cruz, Nobody, and Tim Kerr. Plus, the book offers interviews and images from the Dicks, MDC, and many more. I appreciate your viewing of this blog, and I know Biscuit is in some candy-colored heaven, making gossip with Salvador Dali.
